At Seravielle Studio, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience, from the moment you select your headband to the moment it arrives at your door.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or new collection drops), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship to the United States.

Standard Shipping (7-12 Business Days): $5.95 USD

FREE Shipping: On all orders over $35.00 USD

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Hygiene Notice: Due to the nature of hair accessories, we cannot accept returns on items that show visible signs of wear, makeup stains, or hair product residue.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@seraviellestudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
